Abstract
Description
Safety cannula for removal of body fluids as well as for administration of medication.
Previous safety Needle secure the needle tip either by advancing a plastic part over the Needle or by pulling back the cannula into the syringe.
Kontamination im Bereich der nachblutenden Nadeleinstichstelle ist daher seitens des Anwenders möglich.she consider but not the wound closure in the area of the puncture site. An injury or contamination in the area of the nachblutenden Needle entry point is therefore possible on the part of the user.
This Problem is solved by the features listed in claim 1 the safety cannula solved.
1.1 Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiel
1 (
-
A Kanülenbasis
ist mit der Spritze fest fixiert (z. B. Drehgewinde) (
9 )A cannula base is firmly fixed with the syringe (eg rotary thread) (9 ) -
B Kanüle
ist in ihrer gesamten Länge
mit transparenter blutundurchlässiger
Folie (
7 ) ummantelt; die Folie (7 ) ist exakt so bemessen, dass bei Zug die Kanülenspitze in den inneren Bereich des Kanülenfängers (6 ) gleitet.B cannula is in its entire length with transparent blood-impermeable film (7 ) encased; the foil (7 ) is exactly dimensioned so that when Zug the cannula tip in the inner region of the Kanülenfängers (6 ) slides. B. links)C The side length the cladding foil is one-sided (eg right) several millimeters longer as on the opposite side (eg on the left)
-
D Die Ummantelungsfolie (
The wrapping film (7 ) is with the cannula base (9 ) and with the cannula tip catcher (6 ) firmly connected. -
E Die Kanülenspitze
ist vor der Verwendung mit einer Plastikkappe (
1 ) überzogen.E The tip of the cannula is covered with a plastic cap before use (1 ) overdrawn. -
F Die Plastikkappe (
The plastic cap (1 ) is adhesive (2 ) with a plaster-like wound closure system (3 ) and a plastic plate (4 ) connected. -
G Die Plastikkappe (
Injektionssystem ist nun einsatzbereit.G The plastic cap (1 ) can with an adhesive film (2 ) are withdrawn from the cannula tip just before use; the cannula tip is then visible; the plastic plate (4 ) can be used with the wound closure system (3 ) together in the direction of the cannula base (9 ) are withdrawn (2 ); In this case, the opening of the wound closure system for the cannula is such that the closure system can be tilted 45-90 degrees. The blood collection or injection system is now ready for use. -
H Unterhalb der Plastikkappe (
1 ) befindet sich das pflasterähnliche Wundverschlusssystem (3 ) welches auf einer Plastikplatte (4 ) fixiert ist.H Below the plastic cap (1 ) is the plaster-like wound closure system (3 ) which on a plastic plate (4 ) is fixed. -
I Das Wundverschlußsystem
(
(4 ,5 )I The wound closure system (3 ) is stuck outside in the direction of the tip of the needle and folded in an overlapping manner in the area of the cannula tip. (4 .5 ) -
J Das Wundverschlußsystem
(
The wound closure system (3 ) is when retracting the cannula (8th ) from the skin at the same time manually with the plastic plate (4 ) pressed on the skin and sticks there. -
K Der überlappende
Pflasterteil am Wundverschlußsystem
(
3 ) verschließt die Punktionsstelle. (4 ,5 ). (3 ,6 )K The overlapping patch part on the wound closure system (3 ) closes the puncture site. (4 .5 ). The wound closure system (3 ) externally adheres to the skin under manual fixation by the user, and sticks inside on the plastic plate (4 ). The plastic plate (4 ) protrudes at least on one side of the plaster-like wound closure part by 1-2 cm and can be angled at 45 degrees at the end. It serves as a holder for advancing the wound closure in the direction of the cannula tip before removal of the cannula from the skin of the patient. During retraction of the cannula, the plastic plate is simultaneously advanced and pressed onto the injection site. Thereafter, it remains on the skin as a pressure point for the fingers of the user or the patient. With the plastic plate (4 ), the punctured vessel is compressed and filled with the overlapping wound closure system (3 ) the puncture site is covered. The plastic plate (4 ) is inward (cannula base) with the cannula tip catcher (6 ) adhesively bonded. Shortly before removing the cannula from the skin, the plastic plate (4 ), as described above, pressed onto the skin and the cannula with the cannula tip catcher (6 ) is removed by pulling from the plastic plate (4 ) separated. The cannula tip catcher (6 ) dissolves when pulling the plastic plate (4 ) of this, by tipping on the opposite side, where they last with the adhesive film (5 ) is fixed. The adhesive film (5 ) is longer on the side at which the sheath of the cannula is slightly longer than the opposite side. By tilting, the cannula slips out of the central cannula catcher opening and disappears into the cannula catcher and creases there. (3 .6 ) -
(6 )L The cannula tip catcher (6 ) secures the needle after retraction from the skin. (6 ) -
The cannula tip creases in the cannula tip catcher (6 ) automatically, due to the different side length of the foil coating and the different lateral bonding. (3 ). The cannula casing (7 ) (Foil) is automatically pulled in retraction of the cannula out of the skin in the direction of the tip of the needle, since it at the cannula tip catcher (6 ) is fixed and this in turn on the plastic plate (4 ) hangs; the movement is done by manually fixing the plastic plate (4 ) and withdrawing the cannula forced. -
As a result, it is shown that the puncture site is covered with plaster-like material, which over the plastic plate (4 ) can be further compressed by the user or patient until the Bleeding is breastfed. -
The cannula tip is secured and wedged in the cannula tip catcher (6 ); (6 ) the cannula is completely covered by the foil (7 ); (3 ) Accidental blood contact is almost impossible on the part of the user.
