Abstract

Der Austritt von kleinen Urinmengen oder aber auch von vorher in die Harnröhre eingebrachten Medikamenten aus der Harnröhrenmündung wird nach Anspruch 1 durch ein um den Penisschaft gelegtes Band verhindert, welches aufgrund seiner Besonderheiten geeignet ist, – ohne die Blutzirkulation im Penis zu beeinträchtigen – die Harnröhre so zu komprimieren, daß keine Flüssigkeit aus der Harnröhrenmündung austreten kann. – Nach Anspruch 2 besteht dieses Band (2) aus einem weichen, flauschischen Textil mit einer zusätzlichen dünnen Schaumstoffaufpolsterung. Dieses Band, – um den Penis herumgewickelt, – ist angenehm zu tragen und reibt in keiner Weise. – Zum Anlegen des Bandes geht man wie folgt vor:
das Band wird so angelegt, dass ein kleines Kissen (4) in den Bereich der an der Unterseite des Penis liegenden Harnröhre zu liegen kommt. Danach wird das Ende (5) des Bandes zirkulär über den Pernisschaft geführt und durch die Öffnung (4) gesteckt. Durch Ziehen an dem Anfangsteil 5 und dem Bandende (1) ermittelt man den gerade noch ausreichend Kompressionesdruck auf die Harnröhre. Nach abgeschlossenem richtigen anlegen des Bandes muß die rötliche Farbe der Eichel noch bestehen, anderenfalls ist der Kompressionsdruck zu stark und muß reduziert werden. Unmittelbar hinter der Öffnung (3), durch welche das Bandanfangsende (5) geführt wird liegt der kleine Klettbandabschnitt (6). Er hat die Aufgabe nach Ermittlung des richtigen Kompressionsdruckes das Bandende (5) in dieser Position festzuhalten. Sowie der Bandanfang (5) auf diesen Klettbandabschnitt gedrückt wird, kommt ein leicht zu lösender Klettverschluß zustande. Nach Zustandekommen dieses Klettverschlußes führt man zirkulär den Bandanfang (5) weiter herum und legt ihn auf den vorangegangenen Bandabschnitt auf. Als letzte Tätigkeit wird nunmehr der Klettbandabschnitt (1a) des Bandendes (1) auf die Oberfläche des herumgelegten Bandanfangendes (5) aufgelegt, womit es zu einem zweiten Klettverschluß kommt und die beiden Bandenden miteinander verbunden sind.
