Abstract
Description
By the waste disposal regulation is prohibited since 1.5.2006, To deposit litter from horse boxes.
It is known that the crap of horses through the recovery as fertilizer of arable land is disposed of. Another alternative is through composting where. These disposal routes are usually suitable for horse manure, whose basis is straw chaff. For wood chips is a composting only conditionally possible because the high lingin content of the wood composting only at very long maturities. A Combustion of horse manure is possible. The use is limited.
When Alternative to this type of disposal of horse manure on the Based on woodchips, a new process has been developed. The wood chips are contaminated with horse droppings and horse manure Delivered (1) and in a first step set to rent and pre-dried by self-heating (2). The water content is reduced from approx. 50% to 25% to 30%.
Der andere Teil wird vermarktet.in the second step, the horse manure a substitute fuel to increase the Added calorific value. These are pure wood chips, chopped Roadside green, tree pruning, sawdust and shavings, Waste residues from oil mills, pre-dewatered Substrate from biogas plants, etc. The mixture is stored in a storage container (4). Thereafter, in a dryer, the water content is up to 12% 18% reduced. The addition of a hydraulic binder allowed Briquetting (6) of the dried mixture and increasing the ash melting point. The briquettes are dimensionally stable and have a high density on. The energy content is about 4.5 kW / kg, so the briquettes can be used for power generation. They are in an interim storage (7) saved. Part of the briquettes is burned in the heating system (3) and provides the necessary energy to dry the fuel. The other part is marketed.
