Abstract

Mit einer derartigen zweiachsigen, insbesondere etwa kugelabschnittförmigen, Krümmung des Zentralteils wird einer späteren Verformung des Flachteils bei Druckbelastung bereits vorweg Rechnung getragen; denn ist der Bodenteil zur Bildung eines Sammelkastens mit einem Deckelteil verbunden und wird der Sammelkasten mit einem Medium unter Druck beaufschlagt, so ist normalerweise eine Verformung des Flachteils unter diesem Mediumdruck zu erwarten. Eine derartige Verformung unter Druckbelastung tendiert zumindest abschnittweise zu einer Kugel. Aufgrund des entsprechend gekrümmten Zentralteils ist dem durch Vorwegkrümmung bereits Rechnung getragen. Dies führt dazu, dass sich unter Druckbelastung keine Verformung des Flachteils oder zumindest eine erheblich reduzierte Verformung dieses ergibt. Daraus resultiert, dass die Verbindungen zwischen dem Flachteil und daran befestigten Rohren mechanisch erheblich entlastet sind. Aufgrund des entsprechend gekrümmten Zentralteils lässt sich zumindest in Grenzen ein fast idealer Zustand erreichen, bei dem bei Belastung des Flachteils sonst herrschende Biegespannungen aufgrund der zweiachsigen, z. B. etwa kugelabschnittförmigen, Krümmung in Zugspannungen umgewandelt sind, wodurch eine größere Festigkeit des Flachteils selbst und der Verbindungen zwischen diesem und den Rohren erreicht wird. Da die Festigkeit des Flachteils und der Verbindungen zwischen diesem und den Rohren vom Äußeren des Flachteils zur Mitte hin abnimmt, wird besonders im mittleren Bereich des Flachteils durch den zweiachsig, z. B. etwa kugelabschnittförmig, gekrümmten Zentralteil diesem Rechnung getragen und die Festigkeit des Flachteils im mittleren Bereich entsprechend gesteigert. Aufgrund dieser gesteigerten Festigkeit ist es möglich, die Querschnittsdicke des Bodenteils und/oder der Rohre weiter zu reduzieren und somit zu einer Gewichts- und Kostenersparnis zu gelangen. Die gesteigerte mechanische Festigkeit steigert zugleich die Lebensdauer eines unter Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Bodenteils gebildeten Sammelkastens und eines dementsprechend gestalteten Wärmeaustauschers. Dies bedingt keinen Mehraufwand hinsichtlich des Materials, der Bauteilzahl und der einzelnen Fertigungsstufen.
