Das Rückenlehnenteil 16 ist über eine erste Querachse 19 schwenkbar am Sitzteil 15 angeordnet, wobei das Rückenlehnenteil 16 vertikal in zwei, unterschiedlich große Segmente 20, 21 unterteilt ist, so dass sich das Rückenlehnenteil 16 im Ganzen oder einzelne Segmente 20, 21 des Rückenlehnenteils 16 bedarfsgerecht in eine horizontale Position bringen lassen. 2 zeigt in Detailansicht das in Segmente 20, 21 unterteilte Rückenlehnenteil 16 in senkrechter Position. Die untere Kante des Dichtrahmens 24 des Fensters 18 verfügt über eine Dichtung beziehungsweise eine Dichtlippe 27, die über die gesamte Breite des Rückenlehnenteils 16 verläuft und an diesem beziehungsweise einer zum Ladebereich 11 weisenden Verkleidung 28 des Rückenlehnenteils 16 anliegt. Die Dichtebene 29 zwischen dem ersten Bereich 10 zum Transport von Personen und dem zweiten Bereich 11 zum Transport von Ladung ist gestrichelt dargestellt, wobei der Verlauf der Dichtebene 29 im Bereich des Rückenlehnenteils 16 in zwei Varianten dargestellt ist. So kann nach einer Variante die Dichtebene 29 diese senkrecht nach unten verlaufen oder schräg dem Verlauf des Rückenlehnenteils 16 folgen. Eine zweite Ausführungsform hinsichtlich des Fensters 18 ist aus 4 ersichtlich, bei der auf der zum Ladebereich 11 gewandten Seite des Rückenlehneteils 16 die Verkleidung 28 in der Ebene des Fensters 18 angeordnet ist, so dass sich zwischen dem Rückenlehnenteil 16 und der Verkleidung 28 ein Raum 30 ergibt. Zum Öffnen des Fensters 18 wird dieses mittels eines im Raum 30 befindlichen Fensterhebers 31 motorisch abgesenkt, so dass sich dieses anschließend geschützt im Raum 30 befindet.
