Abstract
A method for controlling a fuel cells stack (1) having a number of discrete fuel cells for supplying a load (2) in which a statistical variable (U Dev) is derived for judging the operation of the individual fuel cells. The statistical variable (U Dev) is used for controlling the working voltage (U ges) of the fuel cells stack (1). An independent claim is included for a device for managing a fuel cells stack.
