Abstract

Ein Meßwandler umfaßt ein im Betrieb zumindest zeitweise vibrierendes Meßrohr zum Führen des Mediums, wobei das Meßrohr über ein einlaßseitig einmündendes Einlaßrohrstück und über ein auslaßseitig einmündendes Auslaßrohrstück mit der Rohrleitung kommuniziert, sowie einen Gegenschwinger, der unter Bildung einer ersten Kopplungszone einlaßseitig am Meßrohr fixiert ist und der unter Bildung einer zweiten Kopplungszone auslaßseitig am Meßrohr fixiert ist. Des weiteren umfaßt der Meßwandler einen ersten Ausleger zum Erzeugen von Biegemomenten im Einlaßrohrstück, der im Bereich der ersten Kopplungszone im wesentlichen starr mit dem Einlaßrohrstück und dem Meßrohr gekoppelt ist und der einen im Bereich des Einlaßrohrstücks liegenden Massenschwerpunkt aufweist, sowie einen zweiten Ausleger zum Erzeugen von Biegemomenten im Auslaßrohrstück, der im Bereich der zweiten Kopplungszone im wesentlichen starr mit dem Auslaßrohrstück und dem Meßrohr gekoppelt ist und der einen im Bereich des Auslaßrohrstücks liegenden Massenschwerpunkt aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist ferner vorgesehen, daß jeder der beiden Ausleger eine Masse aufweist, die mindestens gleich der Masse des Gegenschwingers ist. Der erfindungsgemäße Meßwandler ist im Besonderen auch für Meßrohre mit großer Nennweite von mehr als 50 mm geeignet.
