Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zur Glättung einer Papier-, Karton- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) in einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredlung derselben, bei dem die Faserstoffbahn (1) durch wenigstens einen beheizten Glättspalt geführt wird, der von zwei Pressflächen gebildet wird, von denen zumindest eine beheizt ist. DOLLAR A Dabei soll eine volumenschonende Glättung dadurch erreicht werden, dass die Faserstoffbahn (1) vor dem beheizten Glättspalt an wenigstens einer Kühleinrichtung (4, 5) entlang geführt wird.
