Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur insbesondere galvanischen Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken (2), mit wenigstens einem zumindest einen Prozessraum (4) aufweisenden und durch einen Deckel verschließbaren Reaktorgehäuse (3) und einem Blendenelement (5), welches räumlich mit dem Prozessraum (4) verbunden ist und wenigstens eine Aufnahme (11) für ein zu behandelndes Werkstück (2) aufweist, wobei zwischen dem Reaktorgehäuse (3) und dem Blendenelement (5) ein die Anordnung derselben zueinander definierendes Fixierelement (6) mit einem kleineren Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten angeordnet ist (Figur 3).The invention relates to a device for, in particular, galvanic surface treatment of workpieces (2), comprising at least one reactor housing (3) having at least one process space (4) and closable by a lid, and a diaphragm element (5) spatially connected to the process space (4) and at least one receptacle (11) for a workpiece (2) to be treated, wherein between the reactor housing (3) and the diaphragm element (5) an arrangement of the same to each other defining fixing element (6) having a smaller coefficient of thermal expansion is arranged (Figure 3 ).
