Description

Die Erfindung dient zur weiteren Miniaturisierung von Magnetventilen im Pneumatik- oder Hydraulikbereich. Bisher bestehende Miniaturventile werden überwiegend auf Montageplatten oder Anschlussblöcken montiert, was immer auch den zur Verfügung stehenden Bauraum verringert und dem Miniaturisierungsgrad schadet. Dieses Problem wird bei der vorliegenden Erfindung (1 + 2) dadurch gelöst, dass das Ventilgehäuse (1) mit Doppelkeilprofilen an den Seiten zur direkten form- und kraftschlüssigen Verbindung ausgestattet ist. Den Aufbau eines erfindungstypischen 4/2-Wegeventils zeigt 1 + 2. Das Miniatur-Magnetventil besteht im wesentlichen aus dem Spulengehäuse (2) mit dem Spulenkörper (5), dem Ventilgehäuse (1) mit innenliegendem Doppelmembrananker (3 + 6) und Sitzventilen (8) mit vollgekapseltem Ventilraum für beliebige Fluids. Bei der Montage werden die Miniatur-Ventile und/oder die Systembausteine jeweils mit O-Ringen (11) und Verbindungstücken zusammengesteckt und erst durch das Anziehen der Spannschraube am Verbindungsstück erfolgt die feste Verbindung und Abdichtung untereinander (4). So lassen sich Einzel- oder Mehrventilverkettungen auf engstem Bauraum realisieren (z.B. 3: Baugröße 10 × 10 mm, Rastermaß 12 mm). Das System kann z.B. direkt auf Leiterplatten zu kleinen logischen Ventil-Verknüpfungen zusammengestellt werden und ist auf beliebige Pneumatik- oder Hydraulik-Komponenten erweiterbar, indem man unter Beibehaltung der Systemmaße diese Komponenten (z.B. Anschluß- oder Verschluß-Bausteine gem. 5) mit Doppelkeilprofilen ausstattet. Bei den Ventilen ist Handhilfsbetätigung von beiden Seiten möglich.
