Abstract

A working light has a power supply module (102), a first working light source (104) and an emergency light source (116), in which the power supply module (102) supplies the first working light source (1040) via a main voltage power supply appliance and a battery device (150) is provided for supplying the emergency light source in the emergency light operation at a low voltage. The first working light source (104) is in strip-form and arranged in a rod-shaped housing (106), the radiation angle of which is greater than 180 degrees in a first plane normal to the longitudinal axis of the first working light source (104).
