Abstract
A spectacle system comprising a pair of glasses and a tinting pen, the pen having two opposite ends, one end having a paint reservoir with a paint applicator tip and a liquid container having a solvent at the other end.
Description
The invention relates to a spectacles system comprising glasses with glasses and a tinting pen (called SUNPEN) and a possible use of this tinting pen. The SUNPEN is intended to allow spectacle wearers to apply a shade of color to normal eyeglasses by means of one end of a paint reservoir with a paint applicator tip, thereby counteracting dazzling effects of the sun. If the paint job is to be removed, the SUNPEN offers to remove the tint using a solvent located in a unit of the pen opposite the paint applicator tip (see drawing "SUNPEN Sketch").
The object of the invention is on the one hand to reduce costs for eyeglass wearers. By avoiding to buy expensive tinted glasses with a corresponding cut from the optician, or by using top glasses to transform one's own eye-glasses into a pair of sunglasses. With SUNPEN, this should be cost-effective in the future and, at the same time, your own eye-glasses should be tinted with sunglasses in order to counteract a dazzling effect of the sun and to remove this tint as needed.
The invention differs from the prior art in that the glasses system includes glasses with glasses and a tinting pen and a new use is given by means of the tinting pen.
Vorteilhaft ist zudem, dass der SUNPEN überall hin mitgenommen werden kann, ohne dass der stört und Platz beansprucht (Hemdtasche, Handschuhfach, Handtasche, ...).SUNPEN will be cost-effective to produce; much cheaper than a new pair of tinted eye glasses; and will be available to a potential buyer base of more than 40 million eyeglass wearers. It is also advantageous that the SUNPEN can be taken anywhere without disturbing and taking up space (shirt pocket, glove compartment, handbag, ...).
If necessary, z. B. on a trip from A to B, a sudden glare from the sun can occur. The driver now has the opportunity to stop, remove his glasses, with one side of the pen to tint the lenses (paint) and then continue unblinded. As soon as the tint is no longer needed or desired, the solvent is applied to the tinted spectacle lenses with the other side of the pen and the color layer is removed again.
