Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur temporären Zusammenführung verteilter, digitaler, medialer Informationen für Diagnose und Therapie. DOLLAR A Mit dem Verfahren lassen sich unter Nutzung moderner Webtechnologien schnell und kostengünstig bereits schon mal erhobene modiale, digitalisierte Informationen, die sich vorzugsweise auf medizinische bildgebende Untersuchungen am Patienten gründen, zwischen miteinander vernetzten Einrichtungen, wie Krankenhäuser, Artzpraxen, Reha-Kliniken u. a., austauschen, wobei für eine spezeille Diagnose und/oder Therapie benötigten Datenmengen nur solange in einer "temporären Krankenakte" erhalten bleiben, wie es der Verweilzeitraum in einer der v. g. Behandlungseinrichtungen erfordert. Nach Behandlungsabschluss erlöschen die zusammengeführten Daten automatisch, so dass diese ausschließlich am Entstehungsort verbleiben und ggf. erneut abgerufen werden können. DOLLAR A Kernstück der Erfindung sind herstellerunabhängig in die vorhandenen IT-Strukturen von anfordernden und liefernden Einrichtungen (1, 2) integrierbaren temporären Zwischenspeicher (5, 6), in welche digitale, mediale Informationen bildgebender Verfahren zeitlich begrenzt aufgenommen werden. Von Vorteil ist, dass Datenströme reduziert und Zeit sowie Kosten für originale Neuerhebungen bereits existierender Daten eingespart werden.
