Abstract

The method for detection of traffic lane changing uses monitoring of at least one parameter which indicates traffic lane changing of a monitored automobile (15), for provision of a lane changing value (CV) by evaluation of the monitored parameter(s), e.g. via a probability network (11,12,13, compared with a threshold value for provision of a lane changing indication. An independent claim for a device for detection of traffic lane changing for an automobile is also included.
