Abstract

Zur Reduzierung des für ein insbesondere zum Einsatz im medizinischen oder klinischen Bereich vorgesehenes Datenverarbeitungs(DV)-Netzwerk (1) erforderlichen Administrationsaufwands werden ein diesbezüglich vorteilhaftes DV-Netzwerk (1) sowie ein zugehöriges Betriebsverfahren angegeben. Das DV-Netzwerk (1) umfasst einen Konfigurationsserver (2) sowie mindestens ein weiteres Datenverarbeitungs(DV)-Gerät (4a-4d, 5a-5c, 6a, 6b), auf welchem eine mittels vorgegebener Konfigurationsdaten (K) konfigurierte Anwendung (A) installiert ist. Dabei sind die Konfigurationsdaten (K) auf dem Konfigurationsserver (2) hinterlegt und werden dem oder jedem DV-Gerät (4a-4d, 5a-5c, 6a, 6b) zur Konfiguration der Anwendung (A) zur Verfügung gestellt.
