Abstract
Projection device comprises an illuminating beam which runs from a light source (2) through a first side (4) into a prism (3) and is deviated onto a second side (5) as a result of a first reflection and onto a third side (6) as a result of a second reflection. The beam extends to a light modulator (1) through the second side. Preferred Features: The second and third sides include an angle of 20-35[deg] C. The modulator surface is parallel to the second side and the illuminating beam runs perpendicular through the second side. The first side is formed as a curved surface.
