Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Wärmezentrum für eine Wohnung mit einem Gasanschluss zum Verbinden des Wärmezentrums mit einer Gas-Steigeleitung der Wohnung und einem Wasseranschluss zum Verbinden des Wärmezentrums mit einer Wasser-Steigeleitung der Wohnung, einem ersten Gasbrenner, der mit Gas aus der Gas-Steigeleitung betreibbar und mit einem ersten Wärmetauscher zur Warmwassererwärmung, einem ersten Druckausgleichsbehälter (2) und einem Warmwasserspeicher (3) ausgelegt ist, wobei aus dem ersten Wärmetauscher sowohl an einen geschlossenen Kreislauf mit dem ersten Druckausgleichsbehälter Heizwasser für die Heizung (17) der Wohnung als auch über den Warmwasserspeicher Warmwasser an Warmwasserentnahmestellen (16, 18, 19, 20) der Wohnung abgegeben werden kann, einem zweiten Gasbrenner, der mit Gas aus der Gas-Steigeleitung betreibbar und mit einem zweiten Wärmetauscher, einem zweiten Druckausgleichsbehälter (5) und einem Druckheißwasserspeicher (6) ausgelegt ist, wobei aus dem zweiten Wärmetauscher sowohl Heißwasser an einen geschlosenen Heißwasserkreislauf mit dem zweiten Druckausgleichsbehälter für Kühlkreisläufe als auch über den Druckheißwasserspeicher Heißwasser an Hausgeräte für Reinigungszwecke (22, 23) zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann, einem Wasseraufbereitungssystem (13), das verhindert, dass Kalkablagerungen entstehen, welche die Kühl- und Reinigungsfunktionen beeinträchtigen, und mindestens einem Gasentnahmeanschluss, an dem wenigstens ein ...
