Abstract
Description
The aim of biometric authentication is to be as quick and absolutely reliable as possible to recognize a person and to authenticate without a doubt. However, the state of the art is far from this ideal. So there are some in biometric authentication today known methods these are fingerprint as well as hand readers, visual field scanners, Retinal readers and iris readers. All have the disadvantage that they are susceptible to manipulation. So the fingerprint reader can be simulated by a model. The visual field scanner with be tricked into a photo, etc.
Only the authentication by capturing a 3D image e.g. B. the inside of the skull protects against manipulation.
It is known that every brain has different structures. So a reliable one Authentication.
Through a cluster consisting of special micro coils, it is possible to be included in to make in the shortest possible time. The person only has to keep the head close to the recording unit bring. Similar to a camera.
As in a nuclear spin tomograph, a calculation method is then used to determine the Resonate the 3D image of the z. B. skull calculated and compared with the original. Consists Match, the person is authenticated.
B. an Geldautomaten. The system is particularly suitable for the authentication of people and for Access control to high security wings or e.g. B. at ATMs.
