Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und ein zu seiner Durchführung geeignetes System zur Bereitstellung einer Information aus einer Online-Informations- und Serviceumgebung aufgrund einer Benutzeranfrage, wobei Web-Seiten (32) in einem von einem Benutzer verwendeten Server (1) und/oder verteilt in weiteren Servern eines Intranets oder dem Internet gespeichert sind. Vom Benutzer wird dabei ein Server (1) verwendet, der eine Ein/Ausgabe-Einrichtung (10) mit einem Browser (11) enthält, eine Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (20) mit einem Profilbearbeiter (21), einem Login-Agenten (22) und einem Knoten-Sucher (23), sowie einen Datenspeicher (30) mit Speicherbereichen für Benutzerprofile (31) und darin gespeicherten Benutzerprofilen (31). Nachdem der Benutzer sich mittels einer Login-Prozedur beim Login-Agenten (22) angemeldet hat, greift der Login-Agent (22) auf das entsprechende gespeicherte Benutzerprofil (31) zu und fragt zusätzliche Informationen beim Benutzer ab.
