einer Einrichtung (3) zum Bestimmen des Continuity-Count (CC2) für einen Teil-Datenstrom der einzublendenden Lokalprogramme (TS2) mit einem nachfolgenden Zwischenspeicher (4) zum Verzögern der Transportstrompakete dieser Lokalprogramme,
einer Synchronisationseinrichtung (5), in welcher die Continaity-Counts (CC1 und CC2) verglichen werden, und einer Einblendeinrichtung (6), durch welche anstelle der Transportstrompakete eines auszublendenden landesweiten Programms die Transportstrompakete des einzublendenden Lokalprogramms in den MPEG-Transportstrom des Senders eingetastet werden. 5. Arrangement for carrying out a method according to one of the preceding claims,
with a device ( 1 ) for separating the programs to be broadcast nationwide (TS1) according to their program identifier (PID),
a device ( 2 ) for determining the continuity count (CC1) for a partial data stream of the transport stream packets of the programs to be broadcast nationwide,
a device ( 3 ) for determining the continuity count (CC2) for a partial data stream of the local programs (TS2) to be inserted with a subsequent buffer ( 4 ) for delaying the transport stream packets of these local programs,
a synchronization device ( 5 ), in which the continaity counts (CC1 and CC2) are compared, and a fade-in device ( 6 ), by means of which the transport stream packets of the local program to be faded out are keyed into the MPEG transport stream of the transmitter instead of the transport stream packets of a country-wide program ,
