Der Gegenstand des Verfahrensanspruchs 2 bietet den Vorteil, daß ein Fachzuhörer bzw. -zuschauer, der zur Live-Übertragungszeit verhindert war, die Informations- und/oder Diskussionsrunde trotzdem wahrnehmen kann. Claims (14)

1. Verfahren zur fallbezogenen medizinischen Fortbildung, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:
  • a) Durchführung von fallbezogenen Informations- und Diskussionsrunden in fortlaufender Sequenz,
  • b) Aufzeichnung der jeweiligen Informations- und/oder Diskussionsrunde sowie Einspeisung derselben in ein Informationsmedium, welches eine Ton-Bildübertragung ermöglicht,
  • c) Übertragung der Informations- oder Diskussionsrunde als Live- Schaltung, d. h. zeitgleich oder zumindest mit geringem zeitlichen Versatz,
  • d) Log-in eines insbesondere privilegierten Fachzuhörers (14) bzw. -zuschauers,
  • e) Einrichtung einer Live-Zuschaltung (15) eines einzelnen Fachzuhörers (14) oder -zuschauers in die Informations- und/oder Diskussionsrunde auf die Initiative des jeweiligen Fachzuschauers (14) bzw. -zuschauers,
  • f) Zuhörerbezogene Erfassung des Log-in des einzelnen Fachzuhörers (14) bzw. -zuschauers und damit in Zusammenhang stehend Vergabe von Bonuspunkten,
  • g) Sammlung der Bonuspunkte in einem Account (9) sowie
  • h) Zertifizierung (10) oder Bonifizierung in Abhängigkeit der auf dem Account (9) befindlichen Bonuspunkte.
