Abstract

Method for displaying information for analysis has the following steps: compilation and storage of a list of concepts that relate to one area, summarizing and storage of a series of sentences that contain information relevant to these concepts and depiction on a computer monitor of one or more concepts as selected by a user and then listing and selection of stored sentences relevant to the area of interest. Independent claims are made for a databank of terms relevant to medical treatment or patient medical histories, and a device for storing and displaying medical treatment information. Critiical sentences are used to find expanded sentences recorded by a doctor relevant to a case history. A doctor can then also use the expanded sentences in summarized form for display. The expanded sentences can be converted into structured data and stored in a databank.
