Um alle handelsüblichen Heizkissen mit Eurostecker bequem anschließen zu können, ist eine entsprechende Steckdose (15) in das Gehäuse (16) für die Elektronik eingebaut. Das Auflagebrett (12) für das Heizkissen liegt im Prinzip lose auf den im Deckel (13) befestigten Tastschaltern (8), wird jedoch über Führungen (14) auf der Unterseite in der richtigen Position gehalten.
