Abstract

A suture ring (1) assembled of a soft inner silicon layer (4) and two reinforced outer silicon layers (5, 6) and provided with an upper and a lower Dacron (RTM) cover (7) is stitched to the heart, the tube (2) is inserted and immediately sealed by a lip positioned at the inner surface of the ring (1).
