Sie besteht aus zwei Haupttheilen: dem Gehäuse α und einem in dieses einzuführenden Schliefstheil b. Der letztere besitzt zwei Blattfedern c, welche in kurze Haken auslaufen. Diese Haken sind an ihrem, vorderen Ende abgerundet, so dafs sie beim Einführen in die Hülse α an den entsprechend abgerundeten Ecken e vorbeigleiten können und auf diese Weise ein Einführen des Theiles b in die Hülse durch einfaches Ineinanderschieben der beiden Theile ermöglichen. Die Hülse α besitzt in ihrem Innern Fangflächen f, hinter welche sich die Haken d legen. An dieser Stelle sind bewegliche Stifte g durch die Wand der Hülse α hindurchgeführt, welche im Innern der Hülse eigentümlich gestaltete Nasen / und aufserhalb derselben Druckknöpfe k besitzen. Die Theile i gleiten auf den Fangflächen f, so dafs jedesmal beim Auslösen der Kupplung ein Reinigen dieser Fangflächen erfolgt.
