Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for spreading Messages via a data line network, in particular for the distribution of Messages that meet the standard of the "short message service (SMS)", whereby a message is generated by a sender and transferred to the Transmitting telephone device integrated in the data line network is abandoned, wherein the message over the data line network to one over a Network identifier identified connection is forwarded and where the Message as a text message on an output unit, in particular one Screen, one of the receiving assigned to the port Telephone device is shown. The invention also relates to a system for Implementation of the procedure, as well as one to carry out the procedure suitable mobile phone (cell phone).
The spread of text messages over the data line network, in particular Via telephone networks has been possible for some time and is enjoying because of the cheap tariffs of increasing popularity. So a user can send SMS Messages are generated and sent via mobile phones. It is possible to send the text message via the keypad of a mobile phone or via generate the keyboard of a computer connected to the network and on to send the recipient's device. The generation of sometimes extensive news on the computer is much more convenient than the generation of the message on the small keyboard of the telephone set. However, the user does not have a computer at all times and everywhere Available, especially the special feature in the sending of SMS messages also has a certain spontaneity. With regard to that, the offer Possibilities for generating the text messages little comfort and stand contrary to the popularity of the process.
The object of the present invention is now to create a method a comfortable and simple implementation Possibility to generate text messages. The task is also a system in particular for performing the method, and one for it to create a suitable mobile phone.
These tasks are a system according to a method according to claim 1 Claim 2 and the mobile phone according to claim 9 solved.
The main idea of the invention is to give the mobile phone user a Possibility to automatically convert a spoken message into to provide a text message. This thought becomes realizes that at some point in the system there is a computing unit located, the words in written using a speech recognition software Translates text. Such speech recognition programs are well known and also have an increasingly high quality of implementation. there it is initially irrelevant for the process at which point the module for Language conversion is realized. So it can be on the sending and / or on the receiving telephone device, as well as on an independent via the Computer network accessible computer can be realized. Is essential to the invention only that the message from the sender into his language in the Microphone of the transmitter is dictated and one in the telephone network integrated translation module this voice message into the printable Text message implemented. It is also in a special embodiment possible to convert the text message back into a voice message and output as such via a speaker.
The advantages of the invention are obvious. Above all, the generation of messages, in particular SMS messages for the sender particularly comfortable. His spoken text is invented by automatically converted into the text message by the translation module. It is it is advantageous to provide a means of control that allows the converted text to the sender before actually sending it to have a screen in front of him and the possibility of correction Offer. The sender advantageously receives that from him spoken text directly on the screen of his cell phone. On The advantage of the invention is that the sending of such messages not only from Cell phones, but from any device equipped with a microphone is possible without the use of special operators. As a network for the Distribution of messages can be both public telephone networks and / or private providers as well as other networks such as that Internet can be used.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the figure and will described in more detail below.
In the figure, a system is shown which has a telephone network 1 a and 1 b and telephone devices 2 and 3 connected to the telephone network 1 . The device 2 is a conventional analog device from which a caller can dial into the network 1 . The device 3 is a mobile phone (cell phone) with a display, not shown. The telephone network is represented by two oval symbols 1 a and 1 b, which is intended to show that it can also be two separate networks. In this embodiment, a computer 4 is integrated into the network, which forms a voice-controlled CT server (CT = Computer Telephony). A translation program is implemented on this, which has an algorithm for speech recognition similar to that of a dictation system, with speech analysis and synthesis. In another embodiment, this computer 4 can also communicate via a separate line 5 with an external platform 6 , which has the algorithm for speech recognition, with speech analysis and synthesis.
The communication between the transmitting telephone device and the server 4 takes place bidirectionally via the path 7 , so that the implemented input can be checked by the device 2 . After a correct text message is generated from the spoken text into the device 2, it will be sent b via a connection 8 to a message center 9 via the cellular or landline. 1 Communication to the SMS center 9 can also take place via a direct line 10 . Ultimately, the device 3 receives the message and outputs it.
