15. Picture frame according to one of claims 1-14, characterized in that the decorative rotating body ( 6 ) contains at least one light source ( 13 , 14 ) and is at least partially translucent or translucent.

16. Picture frame according to claim 15, characterized in that an elongated light source ( 13 ) extends substantially over the entire length of the decorative rotating body ( 6 ).

17. Picture frame according to claim 15, characterized in that the decorative rotating body ( 6 ) contains a plurality of spaced-apart light sources ( 14 ).

18. Picture frame according to claim 17, characterized in that the light sources ( 14 ) are adjustable relative to each other.

19. Picture frame according to one of claims 15-18, characterized in that the decorative rotating body ( 6 ) contains at least one light exit opening ( 15 ).

20. Picture frame according to claim 19, characterized in that the decorative rotating body ( 6 ) has at least one longitudinal light exit slot ( 15 ).

21. Picture frame according to claim 10, characterized in that the decorative rotating body ( 6 ) has at least two concentric, independently rotatable cylinders ( 6 a, 6 b).

22. Picture frame according to claim 1, characterized in that the decor rotating body is a non-round body.

23. Picture frame according to claim 22, characterized in that that the decor rotating body is a polygonal body.
