In diesem Betriebsmodus arbeitet die Hydraulikgruppe 3 drucklos, so dass die aufgenommene elektrische Leistung reduziert ist. Setzt dann der hydraulische Verbraucher 6 wieder Öl um, so wird dieses Öl zunächst vom Hydrospeicher 5 geliefert.
