Bei Großveranstaltungen, wie z. B. Fußball- Welt- bzw. Europameisterschaf ten, ist es immer wieder zu Schwierigkeiten beim Verkauf der Eintrittskarten gekommen. Insbesondere der Schwarzmarkthandel hat grörßere Dimensionen er reicht, wodurch die Sicherheit in den Stadien zum Teil stark beeinträchtigt wurde, da gegnerische Fangruppen im gleichen Block anzutreffen waren. Ein Aufdrucken der Namen konnte diese Praxis nur bedingt zurückdrängen. Das hier vorgestellte neue Verfahren zielt darauf ab, den Schwarztmarkthandel fast vollständig auszu schließen. Der Verkauf der Eintrittskarten erfolgt ausschließlich über Kreditkarten oder analoge Zahlungsmittel. Auf den Eintrittskarten werden geeignete Informa tionen aus diesen Kreditkarten übernommen, die beim Eintritt eine Übereinstim mung mit der vorzulegenden Kreditkarte zweifelsfrei ermöglichen. Am einfach sten geschieht dies dadurch, daß die Kreditkartennummer mit dem Namen auf der Eintrittskarte vermerkt wird. Beim Eintritt ist dann zusätzlich die Kredit karte vorzulegen. Eine Kontrolle erfolgt am besten auf elektronischem Wege. In den meisten Großstadien, wie etwa dem Stade de France, existieren elektronische Eingangskontrollen, die einen Abschnitt der Eintrittskarte elektronisch erfassen und erst bei positiver Kontrolle Einlaß gewähren. Dies wäre nun dahingehend zu erweitern, daß anschließend die Kreditkarte elektronisch kontrolliert wird. Erst bei Übereinstimmung der die Kreditkarte eindeutig identifizierenden Kenndaten wird Einlaß gewährt.
