Description
The invention frequently relates to contacting portable facilities. For contacting Moving facilities are often still mechanical connectors used. Such me Chanan contact systems are of a wide type diversity on the market. Regularly a relatively ho forth effort to operate the contact systems To protect environmental influences. Here aspects like Protection against contact, protection against penetrating liquids such as water, oil or moisture are important ge role. Special requirements are in explosions protected areas. To meet such requirements contact facilities must meet the requirements encapsulated in a complex and costly manner become. This significantly increases the design and handling is difficult. Especially with frequent ones Mating cycles have such connectors serious Disadvantages. There is also a mechanical Ver wear of the contacts, which is initially at a height their contact resistance up to total failure sert.
A major improvement here is contactless Connection systems. Contactless on inductive Kop Transmission-based transmission systems are diverse Executions known. Exemplary in the German The patent application DE 197 01 357 A1 is an induc tive coupling based system described. It ver avoids the main disadvantage of contacting systems however, relatively high manufacturing costs. Here is for each transmission device has its own alternating chip voltage generator and on the opposite side appropriate rectifier necessary. Especially with An with a large number of contact devices this leads to prohibitively high costs.
Another disadvantage of such arrangements as they for example in the German patent application DE 41 25 145 A1 is the demand for one relatively tight coupling with low leakage inductance between the two contact partners. Especially with convents tional circuitry for inductive transmission The leakage inductance arises, which is also Equivalent circuit shown as series inductance can be found to be disruptive because their impedance maximum transferable current limited. A leakage inductor Low-quality construction sets the lowest possible Air gap between the transmission elements ahead. This usually means a high mechanical effort and low flexibility in use.
W.: "Connectorless Power Supply for an Aircraft-Passenger Entertainment System" in US-Z. In Seelig, Anton: "Non-contact energy transmission at medium frequency" in DE-Z de / der elektromeister + deutsches elektrohandwerk, issue 3/93, pp. 150-153 as well as in DE 42 36 340 C2 are inductive transmission systems with primary and Secondary side to resonance circles complementary transmitters disclosed according to the preamble of claim 1. Also in Kelley, Arthur. W .: "Connectorless Power Supply for an Aircraft-Passenger Entertainment System" in US-Z. IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON POWER ELECTRONICS, Vol. 4, No. 3, July 1989 , S 348-354, an inductive transmission system is disclosed in which several units are inductively coupled, the secondary circuit of which is supplemented with a capacitance to form a resonance circuit. These resonance systems have the disadvantage that the resonance frequency also changes when the distance between the coupled units changes. They therefore demand closely tolerated distances or small air gaps between the transmission partners.
Therefore, the task arises, an arrangement for con to represent tactless transmission, which in particular inexpensive for a large number of transmission points is feasible, with a size at the same time air gap between the transmission partners should be able to be.
In this representation, the term core, ferrite core or iron core is used synonymously for the magnetic medium. In the most general case, this designates a magnetic medium with µ r <1. Likewise, no distinction is expressly made between signal and energy transmission, since without energy no signal can be transmitted and transmitted energy can also contain information.
This arrangement according to the invention consists of several Resonance transformers based on inductive coupling. For this purpose, the individual inductive transformers are re sonorous elements added. This can be a single ne capacitance for all inductors or also an An order in which each individual inductance or egg A group of inductors each have a capacitance assigned. These are then preferably from egg ner fed common feeder. This Spei The device contains a device which the Controls AC voltage or current source in such a way that this is at a resonant frequency of the transmission arrangement works.
Another advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the parasitic capacitance of the inductive Coupling elements are designed such that they make a significant contribution to the resonance capacity contribute. In extreme cases, these are parasitic capacitors would be so high that resonance capacities completely can be dispensed with. This can be done anyway Take advantage of existing winding capacity.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the Er the inductive coupling elements are found by ent speaking capacities to series resonance circuits supplemented. This design of the series resonance circuits can either on the primary or secondary side or on both sides of the inductive coupling element gen. In addition to a series resonance of the circuit results usually at least one other parallel resonance. It is essential with this arrangement that the Feeding device is designed such that a Spei solution in the vicinity of the series resonance frequency.
Another embodiment of the invention consists in that the inductive transmission elements correspond by capacities connected in parallel to parallel resonance nanzkreise be supplemented. This supplement can ever because either on primary, secondary or on the sides of the inductive coupling elements. ne ben a parallel resonance of the circuit results usually at least one other series response. Wesent What is Lich with this arrangement is that the feed device is designed such that a feed in close to the parallel resonance frequency.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the Er are additional capacitive coupling elements Transfer of further information provided.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a magneti not yet used for energy transfer path of the inductive coupling element for transmission further information used. For example be the outer surface of the core, then the magnetic flux continues across the area surrounding the core done by air. In the case of a multi-legged ker nes can the magnetic flux over the two outer Leg or more.
In another embodiment of the invention is a Modulation or demodulation unit for transmission further information is provided in which the Infor mations modulated by means of a carrier frequency or be demodulated sufficiently by the frequencies the feed device is sufficiently far away. Such a transfer of further information in one different frequency band than that for energy transmission frequency band used is easily possible here, because the energy through the resonance circuits is only narrowband is transmitted. This can be done through the same coupling ment in the same magnetic path as the energy transfer an information transfer takes place. But even in the case of transmission using capacitive Coupling surfaces as well as in the transmission by one this arrangement creates another magnetic path increased signal-to-noise ratio.
Another embodiment of the invention consists in that these capacitive coupling elements in the immediate Coupling area of the inductive coupling elements arranged are. With such an arrangement there is very much space Economical construction possible, because for the capacitive cop no additional space is required. Such an arrangement of the capacitive coupling elements in magnetic field of inductive transmission equipment tion enables independent transmission of both Signals. This is in the arrangement according to the invention possible without any problems, because electrical and magneti fields do not influence each other. Is in a further advantageous embodiment of the Erfin the capacitive coupling device here as a conductor plate, it offers an additional me mechanical protection of the inductive coupling device. in the Contrary to that in the German published application DE 41 25 145 arrangement shown, represents the inventions arrangement according to the invention a complete coverage of the inductive coupling element.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the Er Invention, the control element is designed such that it together with the AC voltage or current source and the resonance circuits a self-oscillating performance oscillator results. The principle of such an arrangement is in the German patent application DE 197 01 357 A1 described.
In another embodiment, the control element a fixed frequency for the AC voltage or Power source before.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the Er is on the receiving end of at least one Receiver a circuit consisting of an equal judge provided with a downstream linear regulator. So that the ripple of the transmitted voltage re reduced and regulated to a constant value become.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the Er invention, a synchronous rectifier is used controlled by an appropriate phase controller is heard. Such synchronous rectifiers have the Advantage that they have active switched elements achieve much lower losses than passive ones Rectifier.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the Er With at least one receiver, the invention is a syn chrome rectifier provided with a phase control, which with the help of the phase controller the Leis flow from the secondary circuit controls.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the Er invention is the same for at least one recipient judge with a downstream switching regulator especially low-loss conversion of the output voltage into others Values provided.

In the transmitter, an AC voltage source with an integrated control element ( 1 ) feeds the inductive coupling elements, which each consist of a primary winding ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) and a secondary winding ( 22 , 23 , 24 ). Here, several primary windings are coupled to the transmitter and the secondary windings are assigned to receivers that are in contact with the transmitter in loose mechanical contact. In order to obtain a circuit that is capable of resonance in parallel, the inductance is optionally supplemented on the primary winding and / or on the secondary winding to form a parallel resonance circuit with corresponding capacitances. The capacities on the primary side ( 12 , 13 , 14 ) are assigned to the transmitter, while the secondary-side capacities ( 32 , 33 , 34 ) are each assigned to a receiver.

A circuit board, which contains conductor structures for capacitive signal transmission, is arranged on each side between the two core halves. These circuit boards are located at a short distance from each other, so that electrical signals can be transmitted due to the resulting high capacitance between the transmitter and receiver side. An example of an arrangement of two Lei terflächen ( 61 , 62 ) is shown in plan view.

In the transmitter, an AC voltage source with an integrated control element ( 1 ) feeds the inductive coupling elements, each of which consists of a primary winding ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) and a secondary winding ( 22 , 23 , 24 ). Several primary windings are coupled to one transmitter each and the secondary windings are assigned to receivers that are in loose mechanical contact with the transmitters. In order to obtain a circuit capable of parallel resonance, the inductance is optionally supplemented on the primary winding and / or on the secondary winding to form a parallel resonance circuit with corresponding capacities. The capacities on the primary side ( 12 , 13 , 14 ) are assigned to the transmitter, while the secondary-side capacities ( 32 , 33 , 34 ) are each assigned to a receiver.
Fig. 5 shows a typical arrangement of a secondary circuit according to the invention. Here the secondary winding ( 22 ) is used to decouple the electrical signals. The corresponding parallel resonance capacitance, as shown here for example in the case of a parallel resonance, is implemented by the capacitor ( 32 ). The signal applied to the parallel resonance circuit is rectified by means of a diode ( 80 ) and sieved in the capacitor ( 81 ). A subsequent linear regulator ( 82 ) controls the output voltage.
Fig. 6 shows an example of a corresponding circuit of a secondary side in the case of a parallel resonance with a synchronous rectifier. The signal is coupled out via the secondary inductance ( 22 ). Together with the parallel capacitance ( 32 ), this produces a parallel resonance circuit. In this case, for example, the synchronous rectifier consists of a controlled MOS-FET ( 83 ) which is controlled by a control unit ( 84 ). The output signal is smoothed over a capacitor ( 85 ).
Fig. 7 shows an example of a further Anord voltage according to the invention with a switching regulator at the output of the secondary circuit. Here, the signal decoupling takes place again by means of a secondary inductance ( 22 ) which is supplemented by a capacitor ( 32 ) connected in parallel to form a parallel resonance circuit. The signal on the parallel resonance circuit is rectified by a Schott ky diode ( 80 ) and filtered by a first filter capacitor ( 81 ). The subsequent regulation and conversion into other voltages is carried out by means of a clocked switching regulator ( 83 ).
Fig. 8 shows an exemplary arrangement with additional Si signal transmission in the case of a closed iron or ferrite core. The magnetic core of the primary side ( 51 ) is coupled to the core of the secondary side ( 52 ). The magnetic flux for energy transmission according to claim is represented by the lines ( 90 ). The lines ( 91 ) show the magnetic flux for the transmission of additional signals. Here the magnetic field passes partly through the core, but partly through the surroundings of the core. As a rule, the stray field is negligible, since the magnetic field strength for the transmission of additional information is much lower than the field strength of the energy transmission. The coupling and decoupling for the transmission of additional information takes place via the windings ( 92 ) and ( 93 ).
Fig. 9 shows an exemplary arrangement with additional Si signal transmission in the case of a multi-leg iron or ferrite core. The magnetic core of the primary side ( 51 ) is coupled to the core of the secondary side ( 52 ). The magnetic flux for energy transmission according to claim 1 is represented by the lines ( 90 ). The lines ( 91 ) show the magnetic flux for the transmission of additional signals. The coupling and decoupling for the transmission of additional information takes place via the windings ( 92 ) and ( 93 ). In this example, these windings are designed as differential windings, so that the voltages generated by the magnetic flux for energy transmission ( 90 ) cancel each other out.
