Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
The main patent describes an electronic circuit arrangement for switching and coding purposes, in which an electron or ion bundle, light beam or the like. A multitude of contact points in the series after brushed over and in which the contact points are formed by controllable semiconductors. The invention is a further development of the inventive concept of the main patent is that as a switching contact a transistor arrangement is used, which is switched into external circuits in such a way that they as Amplifier works.
The invention is to be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
Dabei zeigt Fig. 1 a einen Transistoraufbau im Schnitt, währendIn Fig. 1 is a transistor arrangement according to the Invention illustrated schematically. Fig. 1 a shows a transistor structure in section, while
Fig. 1 b die Anordnung von oben her gesehen veranschaulicht. Fig. 1b illustrates the arrangement seen from above.
In this case, 1 denotes a semiconductor which consists, for example, of germanium. On the surface The same is an emitter electrode 2, a collector electrode 3, while the base contact is denoted by 4. The electron flow 5 falls perpendicularly or obliquely onto the surface of the semiconductor 1 on. The formed areas belonging to the emitter and collector are designated with 6 and 7.
The transistor can work as an amplifier when the electron beam is split and may move over the transistor surface in the direction of the arrow according to FIG. If the electron beam simultaneously sweeps over the collector contact and also directly changes the collector current up to, for example, 10 4 times the amount of the beam current, this is not a disadvantage, since this current change and the increased current change caused by the emitter side run in the same direction. With sufficient amplification, which can be, for example, a hundred times or more, the influence directly caused by the electron beam does not play an essential role in relation to the change in collector current caused by the emitter path. In terms of electron optics, therefore, no particularly high requirements need to be placed on the cathode ray tube.
Dies läßt sich gemäß weiterer Erfindung auf verschiedene Weise erreichen, sei es, daß der steuerbare Halbleiter durch den Elektronenstrahlimpuls von einem Elektronische KontaktanordnungIn the main patent has already been described that the controllable semiconductor by external switching elements can be made tiltable. According to a further invention, this can be done in various ways Way to achieve, be it that the controllable semiconductor by the electron beam pulse of one Electronic contact arrangement

Schaltelemente bestimmten Zeitkonetante von selbst zum Ausgangspunkt zurückkehrt.stable working point through one area of negative resistance into another stable one Point tilts and remains there until another or another impulse causes it to tilt back, be it that it immediately after tilting or after an external one. Switching elements determine time constants by themselves returns to the starting point.
The mode of operation of such a tilting arrangement is illustrated in FIG. A stable operating point of the transistor is, for example, point α of the transistor characteristic, with the electron beam pulse causing a tilting through an area of negative resistance d into another stable point c . The tilting back from c to α can take place automatically by external means or by a time constant.
An den Wider-A circuit example for a series of transistors is given in FIG. 3. In this case, all of the supply lines to the emitter electrodes 2, 2 ′ etc. are connected in the interior of the tube to a common line 10, which only requires a single passage through the tube wall 12. Supply voltages are applied to the connection contact 16 in order to generate the emitter current. The base connections can also be connected in the same way. However, in the event that the transistors are to operate in flip-flop, they are, as shown in Fig. 3, with additional resistors either in each individual lead 8, 8 'etc. or via a common resistor 9 in the common lead to the Connection 15 laid. The collector electrodes 3, 3 ', etc. are individually connected to the power supply terminal 14 through the load resistors 13, 13', etc. To the cons
