Erfindungsgemäß ist einem vorzugsweise nicht regenerierbaren Partikelfilter ein parallel angeordneter Bypasskanal zugeordnet, der von einem durch hohen Abgasgegendruck zerstörbaren Berstblech geschlossen ist bzw. nach dem Zerstören des Berstbleches geöffnet ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausführung ist auch bei Abgasanlagen mit Regenerierungszyklen für den Rußfilter anwendbar, da in jedem Falle bei zugesetztem Partikelfilter eine Beeinträchtigung bzw. Schädigung des Motors und ggf. auch ein Liegenbleiben des Fahrzeuges verhindert wird. Soweit erfindungsgemäß ein nicht regenerierbarer Partikelfilter benannt ist, kann dieser durch seine Bauart begründet, nicht regenerierbar sein oder auch weil im Abgassystem eine Regenerierung nicht vorgesehen ist.It is the object of the invention to provide an exhaust gas treatment system without regeneration control with a particle filter and to make it easy to open depending on the loading condition of the particulate filter bypass.
