Abstract
Fig.1The invention relates to a well filter tube that finds particular application in wells for groundwater lowering in foundation measures. The filter tube consists of a scaffold and a geotextile. The geotextile is stretched over the relatively long intervals arranged support members of the scaffold. In this case, a dependence exists between the support member spacing and the force deformation of the geotextile. The support members may be parallel, transverse or diagonal to the longitudinal axis of the filter tube. Fig.1

The invention relates to the construction of a filter tube for installation in wells. The preferred application are wells for groundwater lowering in foundation measures.
Well filter tubes are known as tubes with different perforations, z. B. openings as a slot, bridge slot and circular hole and slots between engangeordneton bars. Furthermore, special constructions are known which require a high assembly cost. The adaptation of the filter tube perforation to the loose rock with the very different characteristic values takes place by means of thread or tissue development or / and filter gravel installation. Well filter tubes are known in which vertical bars are arranged at long intervals on support rings. Over the vertical bars, a profiled wire winding is made, representing the perforation in this type of filter tube. Dia Adaptation to the loose rock takes place as with other filter tubes with tissue coating and filter gravel installation. Both filter tube types have a separation into the support function to absorb the water and earth pressure and in the filter function to ensure grain retention and water permeability. The filter function is fulfilled in each case by the perforation, the fabric clustering or the filter gravel installation. This is very expensive. In the filter tube with widely spaced vertical rods, the wire wrap has to absorb the full earth and water pressure, since the wire is to perform relatively rigid in order to ensure a certain slot width. This wire wrapping is very expensive. Another disadvantage of the known filter tubes is dio highly reduced filter inlet surface, which u especially in the first filter tubes with the perforation as a slot. Like. Occurs. Due to the short service life of the wells in groundwater lowering systems, the filter tubes are usually used multiple times by being removed and re-installed elsewhere. When pulling the filter tubes, the tissue development is usually destroyed. Of great disadvantage but especially the strong damage of the wire wrapping in the filters with vertical bars.
. 'The aim of the invention is to cheapen a filter tube with technically simple means cost, which has a wide range of applications. , '
eines Kiesfilters in Lockergestein unterschiedlicher Kennwerte voll erfüllt.a gravel filter in loose rock of different characteristics fully met.
Due to the large water inlet area, in conjunction with the large
Due to the large water inlet surface of the geotextile composite filter tube and the good performance of the filter function, a very small loss of water pressure on the geotextile is achieved. As a result, the delivery height is reduced, and a saving in energy during the pumping operation is achieved.
