Abstract
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a susceptor which is applicable to all induction heating furnaces with indirect heating. Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
In induction-heated furnaces susceptors serve for magnetic coupling and indirect heating of a load. Slotted studs are used to lock the susceptors. For insulation and thermal insulation can be used in addition to a quartz cylinder several Blecho or foil scrap balls between the susceptor and the induction coil. However, such systems are for the most part not operated continuously. Due to the constant temperature changes in conjunction with the magnetic forces considerable spills occur after a short time, especially in the upper and lower part of the susceptors, the upper part is more affected. After a certain number of furnace furnaces, these distortions have become so great as a function of the temperature that the batch carriers are sintered to the susceptor which can no longer be used. The use of a new susceptor requires a demolition and complete rebuilding of the entire heater. This work is very time consuming and material intensive. Due to the lower faults also break the flanks of the studs, so that they must also be renewed. Furthermore, deterioration in quality within the batch continues to occur through an increase in the temperature gradient in the pay zone caused by the faults and the concomitant deterioration of the upper and lower thermal insulation.
The known construction of the susceptor results in a relatively high temperature gradient in the useful zone of the heating device or considerably restricts the useful zone. These restrictions reduce the capacity of the system. The high temperature gradient causes large batch tolerances and leads to quality deterioration of the products.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to operate induction-heated furnaces effectively by means of a technically simple and technologically cost-effective Suscoptors.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to provide a susceptor for induction-heated furnaces, excludes the faults especially in its upper and lower part and thus deterioration of the thermal insulation and ensures a low temperature gradient.
According to the invention the object is achieved by the susceptor consists of two or more ring segments. The susceptor can also consist of a uniform in the wall thickness, split tube, wherein in the susceptor in the middle section up and down reduced holes and / or slots are introduced in a multiple shared susceptor with at least 3 ring segments that has in the center of the Heating zone located ring segment the smallest wall thickness. Below and above is a thicker ring segment. In addition, the susceptor is optionally completed by a most designed ring segment.
The susceptor of the invention reduces the rejects to a minimum, thereby increasing the life of the entire heater. Furthermore, it guarantees a low temperature gradient, which is achieved by different wall thicknesses with subdivided susceptors and by bores and / or elongated holes in susceptors of the same wall thickness.
Es zeigenThe susceptor according to the invention and its advantageous mode of action should be explained in more detail in an exemplary embodiment with associated schematic drawings. Show it

In an induction-heated Vakuumuminteranlage for sintering tantalum anodes dio heater is constructed such that the Tantai-Susceptor with a diameter of 23Umm and a wall thickness of 1mm consists of two pipe segments 1 and 2, each 350mm in length. According to Fig. 1, the susceptor consists of a divided tube 1 of uniform thickness, the effective current-conducting cross section is provided in the central portion with upwardly and downwardly reduced density with slots 7 and 8 holes. The tube segments are arranged one above the other and stand on 15mm thick stud bolts 4 made of tantalum. For thermal insulation of the susceptor with tantalum foil and a quartz cylinder 6 is surrounded. In this heating arrangement all tantalum Anodontypen be sintered required quality at temperatures up to 2000 0 C. By improving the thermal insulation and a safe temperature gradient, in particular anodes are sintered from temperature-sensitive tantalum powders with 12000pF / g with low capacitance tolerances.
