Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen zusammenklappbaren Faltstern, wie er vor allem in der Weihnachtszeit zur Illumination Verwendung findet. Der Faltstern besteht aus einzelnen Segmenten A. . .G, die bis auf die beiden äußeren an ihren Basisleisten 18 miteinander verklebt sind. Die einzelnen Segmente A. . .G bestehen aus einem Mittelstrahl 1 und je einem Seitenstrahl 8, 9. Erfindungsgemäß sind zwecks Vereinfachung der Herstellungstechnologie und Verbesserung der ästhetischen Gestalt des Faltsternes alle Faltkanten 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 des Mittelstrahles 1 und die sichtbaren Teile der Faltkanten 10, 11, 12, 13 bzw. 14, 15, 16, 17 der Seitenstrahlen 8 bzw. 9 nach außen gefaltet. Lediglich von den Berührungspunkten der Faltkante 4 des Mittelstrahles 1 mit der Faltkante 10 des Seitenstrahles 8 in Richtung Basis ist die Faltkante 10 eine kurze Strecke nach innen abgewinkelt. Gleiches gilt für die Faltkante 7 des Mittelstrahles 1 und die Faltkante 14 des Seitenstrahles 9. Die einzelnen Segmente, A mit Segment B, B mit C, C mit D, D mit E, E mit F sowie F mit G, sind an ihren jeweiligen Basisleisten 18 miteinander verklebt. Zufolge ihrer konstruktiven Beschatfenheit läßt sich der erfindungsgemäße Faltstern, indem alle Segmente A...G eingeebnet und übereinandergefaltet wurden, platzsparend, aber bei Bedarf sofort gebrauchsfähig, aufbewahren. Um nun den Faltstern für den Gebrauch herzurichten, bedarf es nur eines einfachen Handgriffs, indem die Segmente A...G zu einem gedachton Kreisbogen auseinandergezogen werden, bis sich die Basisleisten 18 der Segmente A und G berühren. Alle Segmente A... G haben sich nun zu einem Stern entfaltet. Mittels an den Basisleisten 18 vorgesehender Verschlußelemente 19 behält der Faltstern im Gebrauchszustand seine Form. An den jeweiligen Basisloisten 18 der Segmente A und G sind Aufhänger 20 vorgesehen.
