It is the object of the invention, a performing for N eat the flow of gases or liquids to create, which ensures a simple design and a high resolution.
Das Gthäuseunterteil ist über eine Ringnut, welche Bohrungen aufweist, mit dem Innenraum des Gehäuseoberteils verbunden, !m Gehäuoeoberteil ist ein Aufnehmer einer faseroptischen Abstandsmessung angeordnetThe object of the invention is to develop a device for measuring the flow rates of gases or liquids, diu detects the measurement caused by the reaction force of the flow deflection of the membrane by measurement. According to the invention the object is achieved in that a lower housing part includes a Einströmstutzen with a nozzle disposed in its upper part. Furthermore, a membrane is stretched by a chicane between an upper housing part and the lower housing part, which is provided with a bore which ends in a discharge nozzle. The Gthäuseunterteil is connected via an annular groove, which has holes connected to the interior of the housing top, in the housing upper part is arranged a receptacle of a fiber optic distance measurement
It is expedient that the membrane material consists of a thin film of a high polymer compound.

Due to the variability of membrane material, nozzle diameter and distance from the membrane, an adaptation to the different measuring tasks with regard to the measuring range and the medium is ensured.
The solution according to the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment. As can be seen from the accompanying drawing, the inflow side is formed in the device as an inflow 1, on whose side facing the membrane 2 a cross-sectional change in the form of a nozzle 3 is arranged. From the nozzle 3, the medium to be measured emerges in the form of a free jet and impinges on the membrane 2 arranged perpendicular to the nozzle axis. A chicane 4 ensures a tensioning of the membrane 2 during assembly of the housing parts. The membrane 2 consists of an elastic high polymer material and is firmly clamped between an upper housing part 5 and a lower housing part 6. The medium to be measured flows after the deflection of the membrane 2 via a discharge port 7 from the device. The force exerted on the membrane 2 by the impact flow causes the membrane 2 to deflect. This reduces the distance between the membrane 2 and a sensor of the fiber optic distance measurement 8. The fiber optic measurement system supplies an analog electrical output signal which is used to determine the flow rate , In order to prevent a falsification of the measurement results by the absolute pressure on the downstream side, the lower housing part 6 was provided with a bore 9, which ends in the outflow 7. In the housing part is located on the same radius as the bore 9 an annular groove 10. Through a plurality of holes 11, the annular groove 10 is in communication with the interior of the housing upper part 5 and thus there is a pressure compensation. An advantage of this invention is that the low membrane mass causes a small inertia of the membrane with rapid throughput changes. In combination with a nearly inertia-free fiber optic distance measuring system, a very good dynamic behavior is thus achieved with a simple structural design.
