Abstract
The invention relates to a dog food with a proportion of up to 20% of microbial biomass of non-conventional origin (for example, fermosin and paprin), which can preferably be pelleted as a basic diet depending on the size of a dog. The aim of the invention is to produce dog food with proportions of microbial biomass and thereby to deduct NSW importers from these rations. The invention has for its object to provide a dog food mix, which ensures a stable animal health of all power directions with a very high proportion of microbial biomass.
Description
Charakeristik des bekannten StandesCharacteristics of the known state
As mixed dog food, a compound feed is produced industrially, containing as components wheat (up to 25%), oats (up to 40%).
Oat kernels (up to 20%), wheat bran (up to 20%), wheat flour (up to 55%), wheat germ (up to 5%), fish meal (up to 5%), animal meal (up to 35%), soybean meal ( up to 10%), skimmed milk powder (up to 5%), dry powder yeast, conventional (up to 5%) and rumen meal (up to 5%). Furthermore, a mineral and active substance supplement is required.
The previously used dry feed yeast came from the sugar or Melassoverhefung.
The use of microbial biomass, which is cultivated on non-conventional fermentation materials (methanol, η-paraffins, etc.), has not hitherto been carried out in dog feeding. The currently available microwave biomasses are based on extensive veterinary toxicology studies by LUSKY u. a. (1984, 1988) used in the feeding of Monogastrieden and präruminanten ruminants with high animal performance and stable animal health. Without a method for the use of microbial biomass in animal nutrition and the practicality of practicality, especially from the point of view of the metabolism biomasseeigener ingredients the available microwave biomass can not be used.
Untersuchungen zur subchronischen Toxizität an Schweinen (LUSKY u. a., 1988) lassen bei relativ hohen Biomassenanteilen hohe tierische I eistungen erwarten.Studies on subchronic toxicity in pigs (LUSKY et al., 1988) suggest high animal performance at relatively high levels of biomass.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The object of the invention is to use products of biotechnology (eg fermosin, paprin and other microbial biomass of non-conventional origin) in the feeding of dogs as compound feed, preferably pelleted, and to replace other protein carriers from this feed release other uses. The question of toxicological relevance is of primary importance.
The invention has for its object to provide a compound feed for dog feeding, which guarantees a stable animal health with the highest possible proportion of microbial biomass and an equivalent replacement of other protein carriers.
According to the invention, a compound feed with an up to 20% fraction of microbial biomass (eg paprin and fermosin) has been developed, whose use is intended as a basic feed for dogs. The percentage was determined on the basis of extensive veterinary-toxicological studies on monogastrids. The optimal energy and nutrient supply served exclusively as a compulsory orientation.
The feed according to the invention is offered as a dry feed, preferably pelleted, depending on the weight or age.
