Abstract
A tang)LRFig. 1The invention relates to a hydroacoustic antenna arrangement which can be applied in the location of individual targets according to the pulse-echo method. The essential features of the invention are that in the secondary focal points in front of a reflector echo-receiving elements are arranged, which have the shape of a rod whose length determines the size of the angular sector in which to receive undirected. The length of the rod-shaped echo-receiving elements is dependent on the desired size of the angle sector and results in LE2 (A tang) LRFig. 1
Description
The invention can be applied everywhere where individual targets are to be geort6t by the pulse-echo method.
Known, technical solutions of antenna arrangements with a reflector consist of a plurality of echo-receiving elements, which are arranged in the focal plane of a spherical or round cylindrical Konkavreflektors. Echoes are received from different directions via an angle sector. An example of such an arrangement is shown in the Auslegeschrift 154851 β of the FRG.
All arrangements have in common that in order to achieve large angular sectors (horizontal and vertical), the number of echo-receiving elements must be increased accordingly. This is technically and physically limited, since with increasing number of echo-receiving elements, the coverage of the reflection surface increases.
The object of the invention is to realize with a small number of echo-receiving elements, a hydroacoustic antiemism with reflector.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The object of the invention is to realize an antenna arrangement which receives in a large angle sector in a locating plane (horizontally or vertically) undirected and in another direction of locating (vertical or horizontal). According to the invention the object is achieved in that echo-receiving elements are arranged in the secondary focal points in front of a reflector, which preferably have the shape of a rectangular rod whose length determines the size of the Winkelelselrtors in which to receive undirected.
Die Länge der stabförmigen Echo-Empfangselamente ist von der gewünschten Größe des Winkelsektors abhängig und ergibt sich zuThe length of the rod-shaped echo-receiving elements is dependent on the desired size of the angle sector and results in

If a sound beam from an echo at a vertical and horizontal angle to any point of the reflector, so this is reflected there under the same angular conditions and strikes the rod-shaped echo receiving element of the corresponding secondary focal point.
If another sound beam strikes an arbitrary point of the reflector at the same vertical or horizontal angle and at another horizontal or vertical angle, the reflected sound beam strikes the same or the like. The advantages of this arrangement are that a complex echo reception mosaic with a large number of echo Empfangselemanten deleted and no large-area coverage dor reflection surface takes place. Furthermore, one achieves with this arrangement, a high Nebenzipfeldämpfung.
The sound beam S) is incident on the circular cylindrical reflector 1 at the vertical angle and the horizontal angle, is reflected and received by the echo receiving element 2 associated with the sub focal point F 2 . The sound beam S 2 falls under the vertical angle and the horizontal angle to the reflector
