Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Technik des Alitierens. Ziel der Erfindung ist eine Erhoehung der Korrosionsbestaendigkeit gegenueber Citronensaeure sowie der Schlagfestigkeit. Die Zielstellung wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Emaille fuer Aluminium, die aus SiO2, Na2O, K2O, TiO2, Li2O, Al2O3 besteht, zusaetzlich CaO, P2O5 und V2O5 bei folgendem Verhaeltnis der Komponenten (in Ma.-%) enthaelt:SiO234 -38Na2O16 -17K2O12 -13TiO217 -20Li2O 4,5- 5,5Al2O3 0,1- 2,0CaO 0,2- 2,0P2O5 0,2- 3,0V2O5 6 - 9,5The invention relates to the art of Alitierens. The aim of the invention is an increase in the corrosion resistance to citric acid and the impact resistance. The objective is achieved by the fact that the enamel for aluminum, which consists of SiO 2, Na 2 O, K 2 O, TiO 2, Li 2 O, Al 2 O 3, additionally contains CaO, P 2 O 5 and V 2 O 5 at the following ratio of the components (in% by mass): SiO 2 34-38 Na 2 O 16 -17K2O12 -13TiO217 -20Li2O 4.5-5.5Al2O3 0.1-2.0CaO 0.2-2.0P2O5 0.2-3.0V2O5 6-9.5
