Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Prüfung und Überwachung der Haarigkeit von Fäden in der Textiltechnik. Durch die Erfindung sollen die Haarigkeit und die Länge der Einzelhaare eines Fadens berührungslos, mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und ohne Verformung des Haarmantels gemessen werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe mit Mitteln der kohaerent-optischen Bildverarbeitung gelöst, indem man aus dem Beugungsbild des haarigen Fadens die Bildinformation über den Fadenkern entfernt und das verbleibende Endbild des Haarmantels mit einem geeigneten Detektor oder nach Digitalisierung des Endbildes numerisch auswertet. Die Erfindung ist anwendbar im Prozess der Fadenherstellung sowie in Weiterverarbeitungsstufen bis hin zur Flächenbildung in der Weberei oder Stickerei.{Verfahren, Gerät, Messung, Haarigkeit, Faden, Fadenkern, Haarmantel, Bildverarbeitung, Beugungsbild, Endbild, Detektor}The invention relates to the testing and monitoring of the hairiness of threads in textile technology.
