Description
The invention relates to a temperature-resistant textile material, preferably textile fabrics, fabric produced by textile technology from textile fibers and ready-made textile fabrics of inorganic fibers or a mixture of inorganic and organic fibers, which is used for sealing and insulating boiler systems, ovens, pipelines, chemical plants, metallurgical Systems, as a fabric compensator as well as heat protection and lining of transport equipment and for Heißgutförderbänder is suitable. Furthermore, the textile material can be used as a temperature-resistant protective clothing or reinforcement thereof.
Temperature-resistant textile material has hitherto been frequently produced using asbestos. However, health protection requires the substitution of asbestos-containing products, and solutions for asbestos-free, temperature-resistant textile material are already known.
Thus, for example, temperature-resistant textile fabrics made of high-temperature resistant, organic fibers, such as aromatic polyamides (aramids), polyimides, polytetrafluoroethylene, carbon and the like.
The use of inorganic fibers, such as glass, mineral, alumina, aluminum silicate and boron nitride fibers is known for temperature-resistant textile material.
In DD-PS 161204, Kl. C 04 B, 43/00, a temperature-resistant protective and sealing material is described, which consists of a mixture of inorganic and organic fibers.
A 62 D, 5/00).With plastic, such as polytetrafluoroethylene or silicone compounds coated or laminated with aluminum foil textile fabrics are also known (DD-PS 213597, K. A 62 D, 5/00).
The thermal resistance of these plastic coatings is limited to 18O 0 C to a maximum of 25O 0 C. The intermediate foil and the binder necessary for this aluminum lamination also only withstand contact temperatures up to about 250 ° C.
Als Temperaturgrenze von mit Metalldrähten versehenen Textilmaterialien gelten deshalbIt is also known, to improve the mechanical properties of metal wires in fabrics of organic and / or inorganic fibers incorporate (DE-OS 2453836 and 2530667, Kl. D 03 D, 15/12). However, these metal wires corrode rapidly at higher temperatures and the organic fibers are degraded so much that they crumble out of the textile material. Therefore, the temperature limit of textile materials provided with metal wires applies
Die bisher genannten Lösungen sind neben begrenzter Temperaturbeständigkeit außerdem durch hohe HerstellungskostenThe previously mentioned solutions are in addition to limited temperature resistance also by high production costs

The DR-OS 2853397, Kl. C 04 B, 43/00 describes a multilayer heat insulating material consisting of a gas-permeable felt web of carbon fibers and a surface-dense graphite web, which is connected to at least one surface of the felt web of carbon fibers by means of a carbonaceous binder. The binders used are thermosetting resins such as phenolic resin, epoxy resin or foran resins.
Felt webs made of carbon fibers have no high mechanical strength, the field of application is thus considerably limited.
Furthermore, this insulating material consists of very expensive import materials and its production is complicated.
The object of the invention is to produce a temperature-resistant textile material from low-cost domestic raw materials with low technological and economic effort while eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages.
The invention has for its object to provide a temperature-resistant textile material of inorganic fibers or a mixture of inorganic and organic fibers, which is in a flexible form and even after exposure to temperatures up to about 600 0 C has a high mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the textile material is impregnated and / or coated with a composition consisting of a suspension having two main components, one main component vinylidene chloride copolymers and the other main component graphite and / or fillers, such as quartz, kaolin , Chalk, clay, barite, silica, electro-filter ash, metal or metal oxide powder, and thickening agents such as polysaccharides, wetting agents, and other additives are included as other components.
According to a further feature of the invention, the impregnating and / or coating agent is arranged on one or both sides of the surface of the textile material, so that in the interior or at the back of the textile material, a flexible area is present, which does not or only slightly from the impregnation and / or coating agent is penetrated.
The advantage of the temperature-resistant textile material according to the invention consists essentially in the fact that a simple adaptation to very different conditions of use is possible by both the textile base material and the impregnating agent or both can be varied.
Thus, for example, in the lower temperature range to about 200 0 C by the choice of text lien base material relatively light products with excellent mechanical properties can be produced. Additives in the impregnating agent can be used to achieve electrical conductivity or insulation properties. The amount of impregnant applied can alter stiffness, gas permeability, and chemical resistance.
In the case of textile material which has been impregnated after fabrication, good protection of the particularly endangered seam areas occurs.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to embodiments, without limiting the generality.
The temperature-resistant textile material according to the invention consists of a glass fiber blended fabric with a basis weight of 1700 g / m 2 , which is impregnated on both sides. The impregnating agent contains vinylidene chloride copolymers, graphite and wetting agents. The impregnated textile material according to the invention is preferably used as a fabric compensator.
A mixed fabric of glass silk and sulfur-modified polyacrylonitrile pulp having a basis weight of 600 g / m 2 is coated on one side. The coating agent contains vinylidene chloride copolymers, chalk, silica, thickening and wetting agents. A temperature-resistant protective work glove whose outer layer consists of glass fiber blended fabric having a basis weight of 340 g / m 2 is impregnated with a composition containing vinylidene chloride copolymers and graphite. The advantage of such impregnated protective gloves is in particular that the seams are impregnated and thus a sufficient protection is guaranteed in these areas.
A paper-like nonwoven fabric of aluminum silicate and glass fibers with a basis weight of 520 g / m 2 is impregnated on both sides. The impregnating agent in this case contains vinylidene chloride copolymers, graphite and slate flour. The temperature-resistant nonwoven fabric according to the invention is preferably used as an insulating layer in Heißguttransportbändern and as insulation for pipelines.
