Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren der Thermovakuumbehandlung von Leistungskondensatoren und kann in der elektrotechnischen Industrie zur Trocknung von Leistungskondensatoren mit grossen Abmessungen genutzt werden. Ziel der Erfindung sind die Intensivierung des Trocknungsprozesses und die Verbesserung der elektrischen Kenngroessen der Kondensatoren. Verfahren zur Trocknung von Leistungskondensatoren, bestehend in der Einzelvakuumierung der Kondensatoren, ihrer Erwaermung und anschliessenden Abkuehlung in einer Kammer mit regelbarem Druck, wobei die Kammer zwangsweise mit dem umlaufenden Fluessigwaermetraeger gefuellt wird sowie die Erwaermung bei einer Temperatur von 130 bis 140C und die Kuehlung bei einer Temperatur des Waermetraegers von 10 bis 20C erfolgen.The invention relates to methods of thermo-vacuum treatment of power capacitors and can be used in the electrical industry for drying power capacitors with large dimensions.
