Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft das Verfahren zum oertlichen Gluehen von Werkstuecken im Maschinenbau, insbesondere bei der Waermebehandlung gleitender Teile. Ziel der Erfindung ist eine Senkung der Haerte und eine Erhoehung der Plastizitaet der gegluehten Abschnitte. Das Verfahren zum oertlichen Gluehen von Werkstuecken aus Kohlenstoffstaehlen und legierten Staehlen, die hauptsaechlich durch Haerten und Anlassen waermeverfestigt sind, umfasst eine durchgehende Erwaermung der Werkstuecke in dem Temperaturintervall vom Anfangspunkt der Martensitumwandlung bis zur Anlasstemperatur und ein anschliessendes Erwaermen der Oberflaechenabschnitte mit einem Laser auf eine Temperatur oberhalb der Phasenumwandlungen.The invention relates to the process for the local Gluehen of workpieces in mechanical engineering, especially in the heat treatment of sliding parts.
