The object of the invention is to modify a pasty oral and dental care products by a suitable combination of fluorine and aluminum compounds so that their effectiveness is increased without premature interaction of the active ingredients.

This object is achieved by a pasty oral and dental care product which contains, in addition to customary constituents, a per se known n-alkylamine hexafluorosilicate having 16-22 C atoms in combination with water-soluble physiologically acceptable aluminum salts.
