Abstract
FigurThe invention relates to a measuring objective for visual observation and image processing and can be used in production metrology for visual observation and accurate measurement. The object, the lens in a wide spectral range usable and over the whole field without distortion specify, also with reduced secondary spectrum, telecentric beam path and large object intercept, is solved by the structure of 3 optical groups is selected and fluorspar in certain lenses used comes. These lenses are designed for 450 to 800 mm, are distortion-free with a field of view diameter of 20 mm, lateral chromatic aberration and secondary spectrum are below the diffraction limit. The definition brightness in the image plane is 90%. figure
Description
Plupnapochromatic objectives for magnified imaging of planar or quasi-planar objects have long been known in microscopy.
Sie werden z. B. beschrieben in Jenaer Rundschau 2 (1983) 66 und Jenaer Rundschau 1 (1985) 18.They are z. As described in Jenaer Rundschau 2 (1983) 66 and Jenaer Rundschau 1 (1985) 18.
Such lenses are not distortion-free to the required extent and realize also for the field of application not sufficiently large working distances.
B. in Feingerätetechnik 28Distortion-free lenses with a different magnification from 1 are also known, for. B. in Feingätetechnik 28th
(1979) 10, S.451. However, they are only diffraction-limited corrected in a narrow spectral range or not apochromatic.
The aim of the invention is to provide DUTs that no longer contain the disadvantages of the known prior art.
The invention has for its object to provide measuring lenses such that they can be used in a large spectral range and distortion-free throughout the field and have a reduced secondary spectrum. You must also have object-side telecentric beam path and large object intercept.
Zwischen der ersten und zweiten Gruppe ist die Blende angeordnet, deren Lage die Telezentrie bestimmtThis object is achieved by a measuring objective for visual observation and image processing according to the invention in that the objective consists of three optical groups, the first group consisting of a single convergent lens and a composite group whose convergent lens is made of fluorspar. Between the first and second group, the diaphragm is arranged, whose position determines the telecentricity
In the second group variations are possible. It consists of at least two lenses, with at least one lens containing fluorspar.
The third group is a composite group with negative focal length.
With this construction it is achieved that the telecentric measurement objects in the spectral range 450 to 800 mm and field of view diameter of 21 mm have a distortion <2μ (η) and lateral chromatic aberration and secondary spectrum are below the diffraction limit, making them suitable for use in visual observation and image processing The object section width is greater than 25 mm The usable image-side aperture is greater than 0.02 The definition brightness in the image plane is greater than or equal to 90% in the entire spectral range and the entire image field.
-vorverarbeitung (Fourierfilterung) gestattet. In this lens, the correction of the pupil image is also excellent, so that the diaphragm position if required and corresponding constructive design also allows pupil interventions at the location of the diaphragm with known means for the purpose of optical image processing or preprocessing (Fourierfilterung).
