Abstract
Processes for biological wastewater treatment have, in addition to environmental protection, the task of recovering valuable wastewater. For example, feed or technical fats. The efficiency of biological wastewater treatment plants depends largely on the effectiveness of the microorganisms and these in turn on the O2 content in the wastewater. According to the invention, O 2 -free biosludge from the secondary stage is introduced to the aeration tank via a floodlight for O 2 fumigation. Due to the higher partial pressure difference, the O2 entry improves considerably.
Description
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention finds application in companies where highly contaminated wastewater with biodegradable ingredients incurred, for example, in the meat industry.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
For wastewater treatment and recovery of substantive recyclables, the wastewater is treated in a known manner in several stages. A known method is designed in such a way that the wastewater of coarse components and sand is passed through a flotation reactor in an aeration tank and from there into a secondary clarifier. Biodegradation of wastewater ingredients begins, albeit insignificantly, from the beginning of microorganism contamination. Targeted degradation takes place only in the activated sludge tank by activating the microorganisms by high oxygen input and recycling of biosludge from the secondary clarification stage. The oxygen input into the aeration tank takes place in such a way that wastewater is removed from the activated sludge tank and pumped at high pressure via a pressure or Tauchstrahier back into the aeration tank, with oxygen enrichment. To maintain the biological effectiveness in the aeration tank, a portion of the practically oxygen-free biosludge is returned via pumps and pipelines from the secondary clarifier in the aeration tank.
A disadvantage of this method is that the oxygen entry takes place in an already partially saturated with air solution. The wastewater in the aeration tank has an O 2 content of 1-2 mg / l. Furthermore, it is to be noted as a disadvantage that for the maintenance of biological activity in the aeration tank pumps and piping, valves, etc. are required for the return of the hydrous biosludge from the secondary clarifier.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
It is an object of the invention to reduce the technical effort for the aeration of the wastewater and for the Bioschlamcnrückführung jn the aeration tank.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to connect the 02-entry in the aeration tank with the biological sludge return so that the partial pressure difference increases and only one cycle is needed.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the oxygen-free biosludge-water mixture is recycled from the secondary clarifier via a jet aerator in the aeration tank.
The invention will be explained by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The settling at the bottom of Nachklärbeckens 1 biomass has consumed the oxygen present in the wastewater and is no longer biologically active. According to the invention, this biosludge is fed via pipe 2 and pump 3 to the jet apparatus 4 and registered under turbulence with the ambient air in the aeration tank 5. The higher partial pressure difference of the oxygen-free biosludge causes a much better 02 entry into the aeration tank and thus an increase in the efficiency of biological degradation of wastewater constituents. The previously known ventilation circuit in the aeration tank is no longer required. This task is taken over by the bio-sludge recycling with biotechnical higher effectiveness.
