Description
The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering / electronics and relates to ceramic capacitors, in particular multilayer capacitors.
Efforts to improve the properties of the materials used in dielectric ceramic materials are aimed at achieving low sintering temperatures in order to save palladium, moreover achieving all the necessary capacitor characteristics and at the same time achieving a very high ε value. This is achieved primarily by using appropriate multi-substance systems with special additives. Very high ε values at low sintering temperatures are achieved, for example, by complex peroskites. Such a favorable system is provided by Shrout, TR; Swartz, SL and MJHaun: Dielectric Properties in the Solid-Liquid System (Pb (Fe 1/2 Nb 1/2 ) O 3 - Pb (Ni 1/3 Nb 2 Z 3 ) O 3 ; Ceram. Bull. Vol. 63 No. 6 (1984) pp. 808-810, it can be ascertained that high ε values, but not all other necessary capacitor characteristic values, are achieved on closer examination of this material, for which reason a third component, for example in the form of of Pb (Zn 1/3 Nb 2/3 ) O 3, etc., thereby improving the necessary capacitor characteristics, at the expense of the ε value Up to an ε value of -11000, the desired parameters, ie all necessary capacitor characteristics, can be maintained become

The disadvantage of the known technical solution is that it is not possible to represent in a single material system all material types of dielectrics for capacitors with very high ε and simultaneous realization of all necessary capacitor characteristics, which brings technological difficulties with it. Likewise, the values obtained have a relatively large scattering interval.
The aim of the invention is to facilitate the production of dielectric ceramic materials for capacitors and to achieve a low spread of their properties.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß eine ternäre Mischung des SystemsThe invention has for its object to realize a material system for ceramic dielectrics of capacitors of all types with very high ε values while maintaining all capacitor parameters.
