Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Fixiersystem, mit dem besonders Neu- und Fruehgeborene beim Transport gegen Verrutschen gesichert werden koennen. Ihr liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein solches Fixiersystem zu schaffen, das auch beim Auftreten groesserer dynamischer Kraefte, wie z. B. beim PKW-Transport, wirksam ist, ohne dass auf den Patienten ein nennenswerter Druck ausgeuebt wird. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch geloest, dass auf einer elastischen Matte 2 flexible Fixierkissen 5 in einer den unterschiedlichen Konturen der Patienten anpassbaren Weise loesbar befestigt sind und dass ueber den Fixierkissen 5 Gurte 4 gespannt sind, einen Druck auf die Fixierkissen ausuebend. Das ist besonders beim Transport von Neu- und Frühgeborenen notwendig, vor allem, wenn ein Transport mit Kraftfahrzeugen notwendig wird. Zum Fixieren von Patienten auf entsprechenden Transportgeräten sind verschiedene Lösungen bekannt geworden. Im einfachsten Fall sind es Krankentragen, auf denen der Patient angeschnallt wird. Hinsichtlich einer solchen Krankentrage wird als Besonderheit vorgeschlagen (DE-OS 2 549 409), daß eine starre, käfigartige Schale einerseits als Tragbahre und andererseits als Knochenschiene ausgebildet ist, wobei Rinnen mit Gurten versehen sind, die verschiedene Körperteile festhalten bzw. stillegen. Eine solche starre und vor allem nicht individuell anpaßbare Form ist zur Aufnahme verschieden großer Patienten wenig und für Kinder oder Neugeborene gar nicht geeignet.For fixing patients on respective transport devices, various solutions have become known. Außerdem ist das unmittelbare Anschnallen an sich schon für den Körper eines Kleinstkindes mit Gefahren verbunden (z. B.
