Field of application of the invention . The invention relates to a process for the production of superhard cutting materials, diamonds and diamond powder.
Als Ausgangswerkstoff eignen sich alle in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie verwendeten Werkzeuge, die mit metallisch gebundenen Schneidstoffen versehen sind·Suitable starting materials are all tools used in the metalworking industry, which are provided with metal-bound cutting materials.
Characteristic of the Known Technical Solutions In the metalworking industry, for example, diamond-coated tools made with synthetic cutting materials are used in the grinding of geometric shapes with higher accuracies.
If the dimensional accuracy of such tools can no longer be produced or if they are damaged, further use is no longer possible. The tools are discarded and discarded. In the production of honeycombs, remnants of diamond-coated strips are produced which are only used for other purposes or discarded. Purely newly manufactured superhard cutting materials, newly digested diamonds or digested diamond powder are used for the production of new tools and honing stones ·
Ueue Schneidstoffe sind teuer und schwer beschaffbar. Dadurch wird die Herstellung von mit superharten Schneidstoffen beschichteten Werkzeugen ökonomisch sehr aufwen-New cutting materials are expensive and difficult to obtain. As a result, the production of tools coated with superhard cutting materials is economically very expensive.

It is an object of the invention to develop a method in which the superhard cutting materials, in particular diamond, from no longer operational tools forth. triggered and prepared for reuse.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the metallic bond loading of cutting materials. Layered tools are electrolytically dissolved. By filtration and subsequent intensive rinsing processes, the cutting materials are separated from the electrolyte. After the cutting materials have been separated from the rinsing water, the drying and preparation takes place in defined particle size ranges.
Since non-usable tools coated with super-hard cutting materials are obtained continuously, this method can be used for the recovery of superhard cutting materials, in particular diamond, in a cost-reducing manner in the production of the described tools.
Der dieThe process according to the invention can in principle be carried out in any conventional electroplating plant. The tool, whose coated with superhard cutting materials coating is to be detached, is accommodated in a corresponding device, that there is an electrically conductive connection between the current contact and the layer to be detached. enthält, bei einer Temperatur von maximal 250C die metallischen Bindungen aus Kupfer, Nickel, Kupfer- und Nickellegierungen aufgelöst· Entsprechend der Geometrie des Werkzeuges werden Plattenelektroden bzw· dem Oberflächenprofil abstrahiert angepaßte Elektroden aus Stahl eingesetzt, die eine annähernd gleichmäßige Feldvertei-, lung und damit eine gleichmäßige Ablösung der Schicht garantieren· Nach einer aus der Dicke der metallischen Bindung ermittelten Zeit werden die Werkzeuge dem Elektrolyten zur Vermeidung der Verunreinigung mit dem Grundwerkstoff bzw· zum Schutz des Grundkörpers entnommen«contains, at a temperature of at most 25 0 C, the metallic bonds of copper, nickel, copper and nickel alloys dissolved · According to the geometry of the tool plate electrodes or · the surface profile abstract adjusted matched electrodes made of steel are used, the an approximately uniform Feldvertei-, development and thus guarantee a uniform detachment of the layer. After a time determined from the thickness of the metallic bond, the tools are removed from the electrolyte to avoid contamination with the base material or to protect the main body.
Die abgelösten Schneidstoffe werden durch Filtration vom Elektrolyten getrennt und im Gegenstromverfahren mit Wasser gespült· Das Spülwasser durchströmt korrosionsresistente Geflechte definierter Maschencolite zur Trennung von den Schneidstoffen« Die auf den Geflechten . verbleibenden Schneidstoffe werden im warmen Luftstrom getrocknet· Mittels Vibration werden die Schneidstoffe den entsprechenden Korngrößenbereichen aufbereitet und können jetzt der Wiederverwendung zugeführt werden·The detached cutting materials are separated from the electrolyte by filtration and rinsed in countercurrent with water · The rinse water flows through corrosion-resistant braids of defined mesh colitis for separation of the cutting materials «Die on the braids. remaining cutting materials are dried in a stream of warm air · By means of vibration, the cutting materials are processed to the corresponding particle size ranges and can now be reused ·
