Description
Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung ,Field of application of the invention,
The invention relates to an opaque material for thin Keramikverblendschalen containing as main constituents, inter alia SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , CaO, K 2 O and Na 2 O. Such Keramikverblendschalen be attached in dental laboratories with known methods on a tooth stump or dental prostheses.
According to the DD-WP 160955 it is known to produce a fixed dental prosthesis from a silanized metal framework with a provided with a silangekoppelten Plasthaftteil Kefamikverblendschale. The Keramikverblendschale with her Plasthaftteil, the production of which is known from DD-WP 148857, is pressed onto the provided with the denture plastic and silanized metal framework and polymerized. This creates a stable, gap-free connection that offers no potential for attacking the influences damaging the oral environment. Such a fixed denture must adapt to the anatomical conditions in the oral cavity, d. That is, the metal framework and in particular the ceramic veneer shell must have a small layer thickness.
In DE-AS 1441346 is a multilayer artificial tooth structure of a metallic substructure, on the at least two enamel layers, which include SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , CaO, K 2 O and Na 2 O contain, are described burned. The metallic substructure is covered with an in particular thin-layered opaque base enamel layer whose composition lies within the following values:
.On this layer, a transparent cover enamel layer is applied. Both layers are fired onto the metallic substructure, whereby the enamel layers are applied in a freewheeling manner. In order to obtain a good mechanical strength of the denture, these enamel layers and rhenium-containing precious metal alloys must be connected. Such multi-layer tooth structures are exclusively produced in a dental laboratory and require a high degree of equipment. ,
Keramikschalen werden aber auch mittels eines Zahnzements entweder direkt auf einem Zahnstumpf befestigt oder mit einemCeramic bowls are also attached by means of a dental cement either directly on a tooth stump or with a

Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
· . .It is an object of the invention to provide an opacifier composition which can be combined with known dental ceramic compositions for industrial production of mineral teeth by adapted melting and expansion behavior which is sinalisable, in a sianco-coupled composite with a plastic adhesive part to be applied and with the a fluorescence effect is achievable. ·. ,
irfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die Opakermasse folgende chemische Zusammensetzung hat:According to the invention, the object is achieved by the fact that the opacifier composition has the following chemical composition:
:ür die Herstellung der beiden Grundfritten gelten folgende Verfahrensschritte:wherein the mixing ratio between the frit 1 and the frit 2 is about 4: 6 to about 6: 4. In a preferred embodiment, the mixing ratio between the frit 1 and the frit 2 is about 1: 1. The following process steps apply to the production of the two basic frits:
— Aufbereiten, Dosieren und Mischen der Versatzrohstoffe- Preparation, dosing and mixing of the raw materials
— Einbringen der gemischten Versatzrohstoffe in Kapseln aus feuerfestem Material- Introduce the mixed batch raw materials in capsules made of refractory material
— Sintern der Versatzrohstoffe bei steigender Temperaturführung über einen Zeitraum von ca. 16 Stunden zu einer Endtemperatur von 1 220°C zuzüglich einer Haltezeit von ca. 2 Stunden der Endtemperatur bis zum Fallen des Segerkegels SK 135- Sintering of the raw materials with increasing temperature over a period of about 16 hours to a final temperature of 1 220 ° C plus a holding time of about 2 hours of the final temperature until the fall of the sail cone SK 135
— Aufbereiten, Zerkleinern und Absieben der Grundfritten durch ein Sieb.- Processing, crushing and screening of the basic frits through a sieve.
-Then the two basic frits are mixed in a ratio of 60% frit 1 and 40% frit 2 up to a ratio of 10% frit 1 and 60% frit 2. Such an opacifier composition has good material properties in combination with existing already industrially used silicate dental materials, so that thin ceramic veneers can be produced therefrom by known echnological methods. After mixing the two Srundfritten the Opakermasse is indented according to the required color character in ball mills with Porzeilankörpern. -

Die erschmolzenen Grundfritten weisen folgende chemische Zusammensetzung auf:The solution according to the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment. According to the known technological conditions, two basic frits are melted in a chamber furnace. It is assumed that the main constituent component of feldspar and granular Al 2 O 3 . The purpose of the feldspar is to ensure a close fusion of the offset components in cooperation with the oxides acting as flux. The molten basic frits have the following chemical composition:
Fritte 1Frit 1
Fritte 2Frit 2
The two basic frits are mixed after completion of technological processing in a ratio of 50% frit 1 and 50% frit 2. Thus, the resulting opacifier composition is characterized by the following chemical composition:
With the composition of the opaque composition according to the invention, a white fluorescence is achieved in the ceramic veneering panel, which is indexed by a CeO 2 content of S1% while at the same time securing the opacity, which is necessary for covering the tooth stump or the metal framework. The opaque composition can be combined with existing dental ceramic compositions, such as those used for the industrial production of mineral teeth, by means of their adapted melting and expansion behavior for a layer structure. It ensures due to a total amount of SiO 2 and AI 2 O 3, 89%, the application of a permanently firmly connecting silane-coupled plastic adhesive part according to DD-WP 148857, so that such a ceramic Verblendschale can be processed as a Kunststoffverblendschale. By an Al 2 O 3 content S 39% and a total content of alkalis and alkaline earths S8% a breaking strength S 60 Nmm " 2 is achieved With a total content of opacifiers S1%, whereby for a use of opacifiers TiO 2 , SnO 2 and ZnO is omitted, an adapted color behavior of the opacifier mass is secured to the dentin mass with good cosmetic effect in the offset of the basic frits are no toxic or harmful to health substances, such as beryllium and barium compounds.
